Vánoce v O2 areně: A unique project blending popular and classical music returns to the O2 arena Prague.
The premiere edition of this concert, featuring selected stars accompanied by a symphony orchestra, left a lasting impression. The fusion of songs by seven top solo performers in exclusive arrangements by the Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra fit perfectly into the festive atmosphere.
The concert Vánoce v O2 areně 2023 offered a welcome escape from the pre-holiday rush and delivered an unforgettable experience. For one night, thousands of fans were immersed in a truly musical celebration. The nearly two-hour concert had no weak moment—well-known songs, reimagined in completely new interpretations, gained an entirely new dimension in the grand setting of the O2 arena. It is rare to witness seven leading soloists, seventy musicians from the Hradec Králové Philharmonic, and sixty members of the Permoník Choir from Karviná sharing one stage.
At the end of this phenomenal evening—featuring Richard Krajčo, Eva Burešová, Pokáč, Kateřina Marie Tichá, Dasha, Ondřej Ruml, and Adam Plachetka—one question remained:
Who will this year’s Christmas concert at the O2 arena gift to the audience as an early present under the symbolic tree of experiences? Such an extraordinary event simply demands a sequel.
