The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension: International hit tour returns to Europe in spring 2027
The music of Hans Zimmer is epic, emotional, visually powerful, innovative, and deeply narrative. It transcends film music, becoming a multi-sensory experience.
As musical director and curator, Zimmer personally oversees the concert series “The World of Hans Zimmer.” Even though the maestro does not appear on stage, the show remains a highlight of the highest calibre and an unforgettable experience for fans. Even before the internationally successful ‘A New Dimension’ tour returns to Europe’s largest arenas in October 2026, additional dates have already been announced for spring 2027.
The second Prague concert will take place on April 16, 2027, at the O2 arena.
Audiences will embark on an emotional journey through 40 years of the legendary composer’s most celebrated works, presented in a unique and breathtaking setting. Zimmer’s incomparable orchestral suites – newly arranged exclusively for this production – merge with stunning visual projections, powerful sound design, and moving solo performances to create an unforgettable live experience.

Multi-Grammy®-nominated Matt Dunkley will bring the magic of Zimmer’s music to the stage beginning in fall 2026, alongside top soloists from Zimmer’s talent pool, the world-class Odesa Orchestra & Friends, and the exceptional Nairobi Chamber Chorus. Dunkley is one of the world’s leading orchestrators, arrangers, and conductors, with a distinguished career closely linked to the world of cinema and long-standing collaboration with Hans Zimmer.
Since the premiere of its predecessor concert series ‘The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration’ in Germany in 2018, the internationally acclaimed series has evolved into a global success, captivating more than 2 million visitors worldwide to date.
The new album ‘The World of Hans Zimmer – Part II ‘A New Dimension’’ was released in late January 2025 via Sony Music Classical.
