Singer Ozzy Osbourne’s concert in Prague’s O2 arena is cancelled

DUE TO THE ONGOING HEALTH COMPLICATIONS OF SINGER OZZY OSBOURNE, CONCERT IN PRAGUE’S O2 ARENA IS CANCELLED.

Statement from Ozzy
“This is probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans. As you may all know, four years ago, this month, I had a major accident, where I damaged my spine.

My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage. My singing voice is fine. However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.

I am honestly humbled by the way you’ve all patiently held onto your tickets for all this time, but in all good conscience, I have now come to the realization that I’m not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/UK tour dates, as I know I couldn’t deal with the travel required. Believe me when I say that the thought of disappointing my fans really FUCKS ME UP, more than you will ever know.

Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way. My team is currently coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country.

I want to thank my family……my band…….my crew……my longtime friends, Judas Priest, and of course, my fans for their endless dedication, loyalty, and support, and for giving me the life that I never ever dreamed I would have.

Tickets are refundable from 10 February 2023 as follows:

1/ payment of reserved tickets or direct purchase of tickets from the seller
Tickets are refundable by the same seller – tickets cannot be refunded at any other point of sale than the one where the tickets were BOOKED. In the case of a cancelled point of sale, the payment is refunded by the central office (Politických vězňů 15, Prague 1), where the tickets must be physically delivered.

2/ payment of tickets over the internet (Twisto incl.)
a/ picking up the tickets at the point of sale or receiving them by post – the central office (Politickýchvězňů 15, Prague 1) automatically refunds the payment via return transaction to the same account from which the tickets were paid. It is not necessary to apply for a refund – the refund takes place gradually and it may take up to several working days for the funds to be credited to the account.

b/ electronic tickets of the HOMEticket type – the central office (Politických vězňů 15, Prague 1) automatically refunds the tickets by a return transaction to the same account from which the tickets were paid. It is not necessary to apply for a refund – the refund takes place gradually and it may take up to several working days for the funds to be credited to the account.

ATTENTION! Valid for ticket payments over the internet
If your payment was made via the ComGate payment gateway, i.e. card payment or accelerated transfer via bank buttons, and your payment is older than 13 months, a return transaction cannot be made automatically. You will be contacted from the email address payments@comgate.cz and asked to enter your account number. If you enter your account number in this way, your refund will be processed and your payment will be returned to your account within a few working days. In case you do not receive an email from the payment gateway within 10 working days from the date of the refund / notification date, we recommend that you also check your junk mail SPAM.

c/ Sodexo – automatically refunds the tickets by a return transaction to the same account from which the tickets were paid. It is not necessary to apply for a refund – the refund takes place gradually and it may take up to 30 days for the funds to be credited to the account.

3/ ticket payment via benefits (Benefit Plus, Benefity.cz , Gallery Beta)
scanned tickets together with the order should be sent to: eva.sulcova@ticketportal.cz

4/ payment of tickets by invoice
the invoice together with the scanned tickets should be sent to: rezervace@ticketportal.cz
