Dear customers,

Due to the current situation with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus epidemic we were forced to cancel the ONE REPUBLIC show date, which was to take place on November 6th, 2020 in O2 arena in Prague. 

The canceled concert will take place on the new date of October 28th, 2021 in O2 arena in Prague. Your original tickets for this event remain valid.

In case the event is canceled, the organizing agency LIVE NATION CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o. in accordance with Act No. 247/2020 Coll. and its amendment, on certain measures to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus known as SARS CoV-2 epidemic on cultural events, is obliged to offer the customer a voucher at the price at least equal to the price of the original purchased ticket for the canceled event. This voucher will be issued by the ticketing operator Ticketportal. The customer can then use the voucher for the next purchase from the offer of events offered by the organizer, the list of which can be found at www.ticketportal.cz.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLLECTING A VOUCHER:

Request for a voucher issuance for a ticket purchased at Ticketportal can be submitted here:

a/ in case a ticket was purchased online by logging in the customer ‘s account in My Orders section

b/ in case a ticket was purchased in a point of sale (POS) only at the same POS. Voucher can be also requested in form of an E-Voucher on Ticketportal website.

Request (and exchange of ticket for a voucher) must be submitted no later than 31th December 2021. More information can be found here:  https://www.ticketportal.cz/Article/6234?target=2

Only the person who purchased the ticket (s) for the original event can apply for a voucher if these tickets are valid on the day the application is submitted.

The voucher will be issued at the price at least equal to the price of the original purchased ticket for the canceled event and can be used until 31 October 2022 to purchase tickets for any of the events organized by LIVE NATION CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o.

If the customer does not request a voucher, his original ticket for the canceled event remains valid and can be used for the same event at a new date. By using a ticket for a new date of the canceled event or by using a voucher for a replacement event, your right to a refund of the entrance fee for the canceled event expires.

WHO CAN REQUEST IMMEDIATE TICKET REFUND:

If you belong to a group of people with disabilities at the date of this notification, you are registered with the employment office as a jobseeker, you are pregnant or on maternity or parental leave, a person over the age of 65 or a single parent caring for a dependent child (“protected persons”), according to Act No. 247/2020 Coll. and its amendment, you have the right to request a refund of the entrance fee according to the above procedure and the entrance fee will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of your application and proof that you belong to the protected persons.

NEXT STEPS:

In the event that you do not request the issuance of a voucher by 31 December 2021, or if you do not use the voucher already issued by 31 October 2022 or use only the part of it, the entrance fee or its unused part will be returned to you upon your request after 31 October 2022 within 14 days in the way you purchased the ticket.
