QUEEN RELIVED PHILHARMONIC – RETURN TO O2 ARENA PRAGUE
On February 26, 2027, at 8:00 PM, O2 arena Prague will once again become the stage for one of the biggest concert events in Europe. Following the extraordinary success of two sold‑out concerts in May 2025, when the O2 arena experienced overwhelming musical enthusiasm, thunderous standing ovations, and an intense emotional response from the audience, the QUEEN RELIVED Philharmonic project is returning – this time with even greater intensity, precision, and production scale.
What originally emerged as a unique concert evening now returns as a full‑scale musical event, once again filling one of Europe’s largest concert venues with the music of Freddie Mercury and Queen.
QUEEN RELIVED Philharmonic is not a tribute show in the conventional sense. It is an authentic musical homage to a legend that defined modern rock. The band Queenie approaches Queen’s legacy with the utmost fidelity – the songs are performed in the same keys and arrangements as they were heard during Queen’s most iconic era with Freddie Mercury.
This time, the experience is taken even further on a technical level. The sound is powered by the state‑of‑the‑art L‑ISA system, one of the most advanced spatial audio technologies available today. It allows precise placement of individual instruments and voices throughout the arena, transforming music from something merely heard into something genuinely immersive. Every detail is clear, every note has its place, and the audience is naturally drawn directly into the very center of the musical experience.
The performance is further enriched by the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava and a gospel choir, who together with the band Queenie create a monumental musical ensemble. Legendary songs such as Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, and The Show Must Go On take on a new, epic dimension that feels almost cinematic within the vast space of the O2 arena.
The O2 arena – one of Europe’s most important venues and a regular home to the world’s biggest stars – thus once again becomes the setting for a concert that unites the past and future of rock music in a single moment.
