From 8. 7. to 24. 8. 2025, the ticket offices will be closed. From 25. 8. the operation is standard.

Opening hours:

Mon – Fri:
12:00 – 17:00 (if no event is taking place)

Day of event:
14:00 – 30 minutes after the start of the event
The start of opening hours on the day of the event may change with regard to the schedule of the specific event.

Sat and Sun:
14:00 – 30 minutes after the start of the event, BUT ONLY ON THE SPECIFIC DAY WHEN THE
CONCERT IS TAKEN.
If there is no event taking place on the weekend, the box office is not open on Saturday or Sunday.
The start of opening hours on the day of the event may change with regard to the schedule of the specific event.

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (if there is an event on that day, the box office is open from 1:00 PM until about 1 hour after the event starts)

Sat – Sun:
1:00 PM until about 1 hour after the event starts, BUT ONLY ON THE SPECIFIC DAY THAT THE CONCERT IS HOLDING
The opening hours on the day of the event may change depending on the schedule of the specific event.
If there is no event on the weekend, the box office is not open on Saturday or Sunday.
